Default Two cities burgers

Changed plans. Chicken and sweet potato are postponed to tomorrow
night. Made burgers tonight instead.

So, you ask, why are they called Two City burgers? The seasoning.

With 80% ground beef I made the patties. I laied them on a plate to
take to the grill and seasoned them with Montreal Steak seasoning.

Grill was very hot so I put them on seasoned side down and sprinkled the
top surface with Penzey's Chicago Steak seasoning.

Flipped them once, added some Cabot Extra sharp cheese. Damn, they were
good burgers.

Thnx, Ed. Not sure what "EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA", are, or exactly why
"Chicago Steak Seasoning", needs "sugar", but you answered my questions,
honestly. Again, I thank you.

And nobody knows what NATURAL FLAVOR is, but I bet it's not something
we'd call natural.

That's jes yoose opinion. Some folks jes eats wut they like.

Some are so uptight that they will chew the ass out of a ragdoll before
they eat something with a feared ingredient.

Most are in between these two extremes.

It's a nice place to be.

Most grab anything from the supermarket and push it down their pie
hole. They're the mouth breathers.

possibly in my killfile. Maybe he crossposts.
