Changed plans. Chicken and sweet potato are postponed to tomorrow
night. Made burgers tonight instead. So, you ask, why are they called Two City burgers? The seasoning. With 80% ground beef I made the patties. I laied them on a plate to take to the grill and seasoned them with Montreal Steak seasoning. Grill was very hot so I put them on seasoned side down and sprinkled the top surface with Penzey's Chicago Steak seasoning. Flipped them once, added some Cabot Extra sharp cheese. Damn, they were good burgers. |
