Default Twin Cities Sushi

Hey folks,
I'm in St. Paul this week and looking to check out some local sushi places.
Orignally I hadn't planned on eating sushi here, but if Colorado can get
good fish (Taka in Aspen), then fedex can get it here too.

Typically I like to sit at the bar and order directly from the chef. I like
sashimi with ponzu, ainkimo, uni, etc... I'm very adventuresome as long as
it is VERY fresh and prepaired well.

So far I see the best reviews for Origami, does anyone have feedback here or
other suggestions?

thanks!

Try Tiger Sushi at Mall of America (west side - second floor). Prices are a
little high but J.R and Tong are both good cutters and know their business.
I've personally known both of them for over 10 years - J.R. was my then 13
year old daughters fave for maki and such and she grew up on the stuff
(she's now 25). I've been there several times over the last few weeks and I
like it.

Other good spot (personal favorite) is Kabuki out on the southwest corner of
the city. Haven't been out that way for about a year but it was good the
last time.

Cheers,

Ed
