Default Two cities burgers

Changed plans. Chicken and sweet potato are postponed to tomorrow
night. Made burgers tonight instead.

So, you ask, why are they called Two City burgers? The seasoning.

With 80% ground beef I made the patties. I laied them on a plate to
take to the grill and seasoned them with Montreal Steak seasoning.

Grill was very hot so I put them on seasoned side down and sprinkled the
top surface with Penzey's Chicago Steak seasoning.

Flipped them once, added some Cabot Extra sharp cheese. Damn, they were
good burgers.
