what we learned from others. I suppose they have to let the bull win

legal prosecution which is intended to be brought against them should
they fail to act with due diligence and fully respond to this lawful demand.

remedial effect as resolution to a matter over which I am sorely
aggrieved and for which they have shown a continuing neglectful contempt
