Default Dinner 11/12/20

A cod fillet, dredged in a little seasoned flour and pan-fried in a bit
of canola oil (Any neutral oil will do, don't get hung up on olive oil)
and a little butter. It's a small but thick piece of fish, needs to
cook about 12 minutes to crispy outside and opaque yet flaky inside.

I'm steaming some broccoli florets to go along with it. In the oven,
some (from frozen) Savannah brand hush puppies.

Fish dinner for one - simple and delicious!

We had leftovers from the previous two nights dinners..... vegetarian
chili and Thai style mango chicken salad.

It's going to be quiche Lorraine here when it comes out of the oven.

Meat loaf, baked potatoes and corn. It turned out really good and
there are leftovers from the 2 pound meatloaf

Cube it cold and throw it in store bought spaghetti sauce. I´m telling ya!
I´m thawing out an old meatloaf portion right now for just that.

I'm sure that's good but I could never do that with a meatloaf.
I like it too much just reheated and eaten plain. None of my
meatloaves have ever even seen the inside of my freezer. Always
gone within a day or 2.

Never seen the inside of a sandwich either.
