Default 1995 Chateau Talbot

Starting to show signs of maturity. A clear rim and a slight
brickish color in the body. Initial bottle funk blew off quickly
after decanting and the nose was a bit of barnyard with black currants
and cedar. Medium bodied on the palate showing a bit of earthy
mushroom notes with a good bit of cassis and anise. Resolved tannins
and a bit of acidity make it food friendly. B+
