TN. Chteau Cos d`Estournel 2éme Grand Cru Classé 1995
Deep purple color. Very strong dark berries nose, toasted bread, maybe
coffee. Stong, full body. Very complex multi-layer fruit, oakwood but not dominating, maybe raspberries. Light acids, very gentle tanines. IMHO good laying potential. Had it with octopus with spicy potatoes and cherry tomatoes al forno. |
