Got to the local Kroger store just as the meat market guys were loading
the "used meat" bin with marked down beef and pork. Scored almost five
lbs of skirt steak, aka fajita meat, four T-bone steaks, and four 1 inch
thick bone-in loin steaks. While I was loading the cart I noticed they
had shrimp rings on sale, buy one get one free. The rings contained 20
cocktail shrimp each and were marked at half-price also. We bought four
of them, they're already packed and frozen so back into the freezer here
they went.

I'm starting to think Sundays just before noon is the time to go grocery
shopping, before the folks that go to church all morning get out of the
church and before the slackers wake up from last nights party. Thank
goodness for 0730 mass.
