Plenty of folks still post pictures of everyday foods. You just need
to ignore the stupid replies.

I liked Tert's use of panko but am not clear on the application they
used and the spicing added. I am making a rough guess that it's an egg
dip then chives or parsley (or both) mixed with some panko and the meat
was rolled in it after the egg wash.

There's no reason to assume his alcohol consumption is higher than an
average person. He seems to like a little vodka with juice.
