Plenty of folks still post pictures of everyday foods. You just need to ignore the stupid replies. I liked Tert's use of panko but am not clear on the application they used and the spicing added. I am making a rough guess that it's an egg dip then chives or parsley (or both) mixed with some panko and the meat was rolled in it after the egg wash. Humm? Carol -- |
