I just cruised through the kitchen to check on how dinner is coming
along. It is a hands free dinner for me. Megatron is looking after it.

Boneless leg of lamb, roasted potatoes and carrots and steamed Brussels
Sprouts.

My mind is working on tomorrow's dinner from leftovers. I usually use
the leftover lamb in a curry, but I am wondering if should make a
Shepherds Pie. I grew up with it being made from beef but some people
insist it has to be made with lamb.

Maybe I can do both. The only problem is that Megatron is planning to
make beef stew tomorrow for Tuesday.
