We have just been into Welsh Wales a bought ourselves half a lamb,
cutup before our very eyes by the butcher. As he cut it he explained what each cut was. However, when we got home, surprise, surprise, we could not remember which was which. Well some were obvious, EG, leg, chump chops, chops and shoulder, some however remain a mystery, but at £61.73, including 6 sausages, it was a bargain. so if you wish to come to dinner it will be lamb! |
