Trim, boil in a bit of water until tender, drain, dump some butter over,

That is what I always do, but I just wondered about something different. I
haven't had a chance to use any of the recipes posted here yet, but I did
use one from the net and we didn't like it at all

Just between me and thee, O, I've never quite "gotten" the
shredded-and-sauteed brussels sprouts treatment. Every time I see it I
scratch my head and say Huh!

Can't say it excites me much either I tried a few recipes and while some
were tasty, we still prefer the simple way. It was very interesting though
to see how other people cook theirs. Who knew there were that many ways??

I tried a few recipes posted here, but Himself didn't like them too much.
I really liked some of them but I wouldn't make them just for myself

How do you recommend shredding them? Use the slicer disk of the FP?
