I voted never, but I actually did make one time. I was 11 and I vowed
to stop biting my nails. Don't know if it worked or not. I stopped
biting them in the strict sense, but I couldn't seem to keep them out
of my mouth - even as an adult. Things improved greatly after I
started using gel on my nails so they didn't get ragged.
