Default Three Colors Lobster

Raw Material:
Lobster:800g,bamboo shot:100g, Cashew:150g, Celery:50g, Sweet Bamboo
Shot: 50g, Broccoli:300g, Soup, Finery salt, Sugar, Monosodium
Glutamate, Peanuts oil, Ginger, Shao Xing Wine, Sesame oil, dry starch

1¡¢Inserted fresh lobsters' tail with bamboo stick at the anus to sent
urine, and then insert in the head until it dead, after that place in
the refrigerator. Put the whole of lobster meat removed from the
abdomen, cut into two halves, chopped coarse pieces, head and tail
retained. Chopped the fresh bamboo shoot, celery stem into square
shape;
2¡¢Fry cashew to loose and crunch; poured on the head and tail of
Lobster, placed them at the ends of the plate, surrounded with the
fried broccoli, chop them into lobster-shape.
3¡¢Mixed with the soup, salt, MSG, sugar, starch and water, add salt
on the bamboo and celery then fried with oil.

4¡¢Add oil in the port, cooked lobster then get out of the port and
trick off ,then add the ginger and all of the materials (except nuts
lumbar), spatter Shao Xing wine.

Features:
Lobster is precious seafood, according to this methods will offer
excellent flavor. Taste good, Crunch, and tender with the brightly-
colored, which is a newly created dishes in recent years.
