trick off ,then add the ginger and all of the materials (except nuts
lumbar), spatter Shao Xing wine.

Uh huh. Some visual elaboration is needed before I could follow the
instructions:

My knife skills are pretty good but someone will have to show me how
to cut broccoli into lobster shape. -aem
