Barbecue (alt.food.barbecue) Discuss barbecue and grilling--southern style "low and slow" smoking of ribs, shoulders and briskets, as well as direct heat grilling of everything from burgers to salmon to vegetables.

Default ? Pinapple rings

There was a conversation here about grilling pineapple rings.
It sounds like it would be good.

I plan to grille steaks this weekend, and would like to try it.
About how long does it take to do the pineapple; are they
cooked all the way through, or just heated.

It seems to me that they should be cooked through, and
even that shouldn't take long, depending on the thickness
of the pineapple. I was thinking maybe 1/4 to 3/8 inches.

Any advice?

Thanks in advance. Bob-tx
