This is in response to the request for Rhubarb recipes.

Rhubarb & Pinapple Jam

4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/2" pieces
3 1/2 Cups sugar
1 ( 20 oz.) can crushed pinapple
2 small ( 3 oz. ) packages strawberry jello

Mix rhubarb and sugar in saucepan, add crushed pinapple with juice.
Bring to boil; simmer 20 minutes,
Take off heat, mix in jello.
Then put in jars.
