It really is pretty much no-fail. Grill like a steak (we do them about
1/2 in thick), get a little caramelizing on the outside, inside is hot
and tender, and profits from being served warm. FE: Chop into chunks
while hot and serve over vanilla ice cream, with a Hazelnut stick on
the side (I think they are sold under the name Pirouette). Pineapple
grilled so is exceptionally good with ham steaks, with sweet potato on
the side. Yum!
