Default do finings go out of date?

i have a packet of condessa finings which went out of date last month.
they are silica based (i think) and i have only used them to fine one
gallon of wine, i still have 4gallons worth left. will they really go
out of date? or be totally useless or just deteriorate slightly? im
sure dfferent finings will will have different shelves lives.

I don't know what condessa is so can't answer, most commonly used
finings don't spoil.
