i have a packet of condessa finings which went out of date last month.
they are silica based (i think) and i have only used them to fine one gallon of wine, i still have 4gallons worth left. will they really go out of date? or be totally useless or just deteriorate slightly? im sure dfferent finings will will have different shelves lives. |
