Hi folks,
I'm new to the winemaking. Have been making from the kits, have made some from ribena, and now it's time to start at the proper stuff. I have a lot of leeks available, so I might have a go at the leek wine. There's a recipe for it on the excellent Jack Keller site. Has anyone tried it or would the leek wine be rotten enough? cheers! |

Gary, I made it twice, both times intended as a cooking wine. But the
second batch was better than the first and we drank all but one bottle, which was indeed used for cooking. Jack Keller, The Winemaking Home Page http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/ |
