Default Leek and Ham Bake

This is a tasty supper dish. It will serve four people as a starter,
or two people as a main course.

4 leeks (washed and trimmed)
4 slices of ham
1 pint of cheese sauce
50gms grated cheese

Poach the leeks until tender. Drain off all the liquid.
Roll each leek in a slice of ham.
Place the leeks in an oven proof dish
Pour the cheese sauce over the top.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top

Bake in a moderate oven for about twenty minutes, or until the
cheese is golden brown.

Yum
