Default Drouhin 01 St Veran

Rabbit with mustard sauce accompanied by lyonaise potatoes, the wine a 2001
St Veran from Drouhin crisp and clean with plenty of acidity to cut through
the sauce and yet a nice touch with the rabbit.

There is not a lot to this wine no real nose but it is one of those wines
that just makes a dinner better if you know what I mean.
