Default TN: Roulot bourgogne

Betsy had a long day, came home to find I'd made halibut (with lemon
butter, wrapped in chard, baked in parchment), orzo, green beans, and
salad. I'd also opened the 2007 Guy Roulot Bourgogne Blanc. Good
acids, medium bodied, ripe yellow fruits, just a hint of nuts. Good
length and a mineral edge , food friendly, good stuff. B+

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an
excellent*wine, B a good wine, C mediocre. Anything below C means I
wouldn't*drink at a party where it was only choice. Furthermore, I
offer no*promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of
consistency.**
