Default Q/S Puer coding

Does anybody know where to get the Quality/Safety meaning
corresponding to the codes. For example from one Chinese site
QS532814010157 means puer large leaf tea. See the link.

I have a shu puer QS533114010377 and I would like to know the
meaning. The QS implemented in 2004 is suppose to describe all
Chinese agricultural products. For tea it started in 2005.

TIA,
Jim
