Default Mixed cooked Puer and Raw Puer??

Recently I aquired a very interesting Puer from the 1960's. It does
not have any nei fei or wrapping. I was told that because it is from
Taiwan, the wrapping is removed because of political reasons. The Qi
that I feel from drinking it is wonderful. I looked at the wet leaves
after I am done and it was a mixture of both cooked and Raw Puer. Can
you please tell me more about this "mixed" Puer?

Thank you in advance.

Sina
