KFC Cole Slaw clone recipe this is it!

you can alter this to your needs but this is the recipe I used while I
worked there

25 lbs cabbage cut and cored
3 lbs carrots
1 lb onion

shred together

dressing:

1 gallon mayonnaise
1/4 gallon sugar
1/4 gallon tarragon vinegar (that is the key)
salt and white pepper to taste. White pepper is also a key.

You can proportion it however you want, but this is the recipe
