Lemon Fizz
Tart and icy, this fizz provides a great pick-me-up on a hot day, as well as a jolt of vitamin C. 2 sprigs fresh mint, leaves removed and stems discarded 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 2 Tbsp granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups carbonated water 2/3 cup (4 small scoops) lemon sorbet Fresh mint sprigs for garnish Combine mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar and 1/2 cup carbonated water in blender and blend until mint is minced. Divide between 2 tall glasses. Add 1/3 cup (2 small scoops) sorbet to each glass and top each with additional 1/2 cup carbonated water. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
