Default Sugar Free Mixed Sweet Pickles

I used the recipe from Small Batch Preserving, replacing 1.5
cups sugar with 1/2 cup Splenda, and cut the salt from 2
teaspoons to 1 teaspoon. Was real real nice. Not too sweet,
less salt not missed, lots of fiber. I used white wine
vinegar. This is a keeper.
