Default My new canner

It arrived today and looks beautiful. Since both of my others were
used, I missed out on the shiny finish. The newer All American
canners have a weighted gauge, much like Mirro. The pressure gauge is
still there, but not the determining factor.

I ordered the parts to convert the older ones to weighted gauge and
they have also arrived. Will get DH to convert them.
