Default More preserving

On Friday I chopped up the peaches I bought on Tuesday. They did not
last as long as most of the other I have bought from the same woman.
Made Peach jam. After I took them out of the BWB, I was turning the
from top to bottom to get the fruit to blend better. Obviously too
long on the last upside down and some of it is sticking to the lid.
Don't guess they will go to the fair.

Yesterday made salsa from the UGA book. Started with about 10+ pounds
of tomatoes and ended up with just under 6 pints. I did drain some of
the juice off so it would not be so thin. That stuff is really labor
intensive. And it disappears much too fast.
