Default Pasta of the vegetable garden, pics

A simple season for this summer pasta: green peas and cubes of red bell
pepper, cooked in oil and onions; add some vegetables broth and black pepper
to cook them. At the end, put your preferred pasta in the same frying pan.
Add some cubes of mozzarella cheese, some basil, mix speedly and serve. Have
a good lunch with this dish:

Great Pic!

Never even thought about taking pics. We just ate them!

Dug the potatoes yesterday. 22 lbs of beautiful red potatoes. We've been
eating cukes for weeks and we had green beans yesterday. The beets are
doing well and the radishes taste like someone peppered them!

The peppers are doing well and lots of green tomatoes getting ready to
ripen. A few pumpkins have set. I've trimmed back a lot of the foliage.

I roasted and froze a bunch of chickens back when the weather was cooler; I
thawed out a leg to accompany this pasta dish:

Start cooking ditalini. In a separate pan, render fat out of pancetta, then
add chopped onions and chopped carrots. Cook for a while (maybe seven or
eight minutes), then add chopped zucchini and chopped tomatoes. Drain pasta
and return it to the pan. Immediately add the vegetable mixture along with a
sprinkling of chopped tarragon and mint.

The zucchini and tomatoes only cooked about a minute and a half to two
minutes in the pan, and the residual heat in the pasta cooked them just a
bit more. I'd held back a couple cups of the pasta cooking water in case it
was needed, but I didn't end up needing to add any of it.

Sorry, no picture.

I get more ideas and information from pictures than recipes.
Thanks for posting an inspiring pic.
