Default Help! Impressive egg-less dessert

Any ideas? I can go the fruit pie, tart, crisp, crumble or shortcake
route if nothing else turns up. Also chocolate fondue is an option. I
usually opt for mousse or cakes when I am going for impressive, a bit
hard to do when eggs are not allowed.

How about a trio of fruit sorbets (think strawberry basil, mango ginger,
lemon), served in a martini/margarita glass or the like, accompanied by dark
chocolate truffles?

We have some of those food issues in our family. We've found that if we
do individual sized desserts - 3" tarts rather than one 12" tart sliced
up - on a plate with a pretty garnish that it still does impress.

Yes! In pretty bowls with a sprinkle of raspberries or strawberries
and a few sprigs of mint for garnish. A couple of Pirouette or other
fancy cookies on the side wouldn't be out of place, either.
