It's cheap, easy and tastes good. As far as I know, it's basically the same thing. You can form it into a loaf and make bread. You can form it into balls and make rolls, or you can spread it out and make a pizza. Come to think of it, you could roll it out, spread sugar, cinnamon, nuts and butter and make Chelsea buns. As for the price.... our bakery sells it for $1.50, which I always wonder about because a loaf of their excellent Italian bread is only $1.40. |
