You can freeze it raw; freeze it partially topped and baked, or freeze
it fully topped and baked. Your choice. However you decide to do it,
if you freeze the raw dough, make sure it stays tightly wrapped until
it is fully thawed...thaw in the fridge. Frozen raw dough should be
used within a month or so; partially topped and baked or fully topped
and baked can be frozen for a longer period, at least that's what I've
heard.
