You have more than 3 recipes that involve leftover grits.

You’ve ever used bacon fat as a condiment.

You have dessert recipes that start with, “fry a piece of fatback”…

You think pellagra is a congenital disease.

Bingo! Which, while corn has, can't be utilized in the natural
form....gotta either soak it in lye, or eat it with beans. Anyway...it
(pellagra) has been the bane of the South at various times and regions.
Most Southern boys are 25% corn by weight, anyway....but, if you're
poor...an all corn diet???? Bad.

I believe so, but it's one I've not tried yet, to make or drink! It's flower
