Can any reader answer my query?
I make my own pasta and wonder if it is necessary to drop the lasagne sheets into the boiling water prior to preparing, for the oven. Could I use it raw and leave it to cook in the oven? JSGJ |

Yes, no problem. Just make sure you've got enough moisture in your lasagne to properly hydrate the pasta. For example, I make a relatively dry lasagne and prefer to precook the pasta. My husband's lasagne is quite wet; he uses dry pasta quite successfully without precooking it. -j |
