Default Dinner 6/6

I brought my pan that I use for Risotto and made dinner for my friend.
It is sausage and peas, of course Parmesan cheese and finished with
heavy cream.

We ate it overlooking the ocean, drinking a Pinot Grigio and listening
to Hauser playing the cello.

A very relaxing evening.

We all need a backup for Yo-Yo Ma and Hauser is cute as a button.

Well from my point of view, cute can only be applied to Yuja Wang, a
fantastic pianist but I'm not so sure about her abilities as a musician.

Dudamel likes her, so she must be ok.

I'd agree with that. You not only have to be very proficient with your
instrument, you need a good publicist to make the big time.
