Potatoes O'Sqwertz and Eggs
Leftover baked gold potatoes, diced and fried in EVOO + soybean oil
and seasoned with FGBP, basil, oregano, thyme and coriander seed last 3 minutes. Diced green peppers and red onion sautéed separately and mixed in at last minute so the potatoes wouldn't lose their crisp. https://i.postimg.cc/FHxbJyZ8/Potato...z-and-Eggs.jpg Topped with two fried eggs topped with Sontava Habanero sauce.
