Leftover baked gold potatoes, diced and fried in EVOO + soybean oil
and seasoned with FGBP, basil, oregano, thyme and coriander seed
last 3 minutes.
Diced green peppers and red onion sautéed separately and mixed in at
last minute so the potatoes wouldn't lose their crisp.

Topped with two fried eggs topped with Sontava Habanero sauce.
