Clams and oysters are eaten raw, too. I like clams and tomato sauce over italian noodles. I like fried oysters, though.

I think Japanese style fried oysters are great but I can only eat 1 or so. Sometimes I'll eat one and a half and give my wife a half. I have to be really hungry to do that. I love the stuff but am repulsed by it at the same time. That's pretty nutty alright.

I've never had cold rice with oysters wrapped with a little sea weed. With a green horseradish and soy sauce mixture, that should be good.

You should always try at least one bite. You might just like it. Never
