Personally, I think it's best not to respond to any of it, these trolls live
for responses. It's fairly easy to look at the headers if not sounding
right, but people need to handle it how they want to handle it.

I've never cared much for SNL, and I don't really care for cheap shots at
politicians regardless of their party.

I cannot imagine how bored one must be to take the time to forge headers
and write fake posts. I don't even know what a flowbee *is*. LOL

She meant she didn't write the flowbee/pube post that you responded to, at
least that's the way I took it, because she didn't.

True, but eithee they changed or I did. Going back many years we used
to watch SNL but both me and the show have evolved and there seems to be
little humor. I do like the Weekend Update though. While looking for
that portion, I happened to see the Amazon logo and stopped to see what
it was about. I thought it a funny segment.

Trump has bashed Bezos for months. Nice that this could give a little
ribbing back to him.

Amazing the longevity of some of our modern pop culture things...I remember the premiere of SNL, in what, 1974? And still going strong...it's a "thing"...

Just saw that the Stones have announced a 2019 tour...they've been at for something like 56 years now...same with the James Bond franchise, both going since 1962.

Different folks certainly have different ideas of what humor is or isn't,
I've not really found SNL funny, but dh does.

Last night I thought I'd see what all the fuss about "The Connors" was.
In the 90 seconds or so nothing funny was said, nor was the situation at
all funny. However, every statement and response was met with hysterical
laughter. I suppose it was a laugh track. I can't imagine an audience of
average people responding like that.

I don't agree, cheap shots are not the way to bring about change IMO, and
attacking their families says more about the attackers than the attacked,
from making fun of Amy Carter, Chelsea, and all the rest, including Barron
is just disgusting to me. YMMV

I've only seen bits where a Baldwin man does an imitation of Trump.
The thing is that if you want to laugh at Trump, you can just as well
watch the real article.

Yes, they should leave the children alone. But nothing will bring
about change, so why not have a laugh at the second hand car
scheisters.

Alec Baldwin shouldn't be making fun of anyone with his history, he's the
joke.

Is Keith Richards still alive??? Holy moley, last time I saw a pic of
him he epitomised death moving.

It was funny when it started in the 1970s. It had it's ups and downs
over the first decade or two, but it still had a big audience. I have
not been able to watch it for many years. It's just not funny anymore.
