I have been pulling the tomatoes off the vines ahead of the no-doubt
freeze coming this weekend. There are a number that are green or partially ripe, but that have splits in them. Those will never ripen successfully. Any ideas of something to do with them, other than fried green tomatoes, rather than just pitching them? Brian |
