I will say that I got a couple of chops last week that were so tough I could hardly chew through them. I had even marinated them for a couple of hours before pan frying, never had that happen before. I think those haven't been lamb for about 5 years. ![]() Cheri |

My wife now does most of the shopping and tends to get most of our meat from an Italian grocery store. It's hard to beat their prices and they have good beef and chicken, but their lamb sucks. |
