That's always a hit. Plan to make some tomorrow.
Not crockpot though. I'll cook them on stovetop
in a sauce pan then bake in oven to thicken nicely.

I cook them in the oven, the conventional way, but transfer the beans to a crockpot for transport and to keep them hot at the buffet
