I avoid transfats, which tend to be in prefab stuff, and I don't
consume a lot of saturated fats, so not me!

Well, since I make my stuff from scratch <tm> ;-) I guess I miss those
pleasures) I use butter, oil, beef and pork fats ... actually I am not
too sure what 'transfats' are, but I don't fancy the idea.

I think they're the only fats that everybody -from Internet cook to
mainstream medicine- agrees upon that they're bad for us. But, making
stuff from scratch, you're safe, I believe
