Default Ping; Notbob carrot cake

Watching The Kitchen this cold and rainy afternoon and they made
carrot cake. It harkens back to the original recipe, with a twist -
buttermilk! Yum! I imagine Greek yogurt could be substituted.

I'd bake this as one big cake, because cupcakes are too fussy.
