Ping; Notbob carrot cake
Watching The Kitchen this cold and rainy afternoon and they made carrot cake. It harkens back to the original recipe, with a twist - buttermilk! Yum! I imagine Greek yogurt could be substituted. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/b...-cupcakes.html I'd bake this as one big cake, because cupcakes are too fussy. -- sf |
