Sounds great, I might even do that myself later this week, I have a lamb leg roast ready and waiting in the fridge... but tonight's meal will involve some duck and venison sausages. Also have some sour cream that needs using - I plan to combine the two... somehow. I'd better staring searching for some ideas now ![]() |
