I was alluding to Oreo wafers Maybe called something else--I see them in those 100-calorie packages. Current thought: an icebox cake made with gingersnaps (maybe thin ones) with a filling based on candied ginger. Jean B., who has somehow misplaced her huge container of Williams Sonoma ginger... |
